Over time, I transitioned into educational counselling and HR management — two domains that allowed me to connect with people and help them grow. As an Educational Counsellor, I’ve advised countless students in achieving global academic goals, guiding them toward reputable institutions in Canada, Europe, and the UAE. Later, my work in HR strengthened my leadership in workforce development, recruitment, and strategic human capital management.
Parallel to these roles, I have been actively engaged in the IT and e-commerce space. Through OZ45 LLC, I’ve explored how digital tools, automation, and creative design can enhance business ecosystems. I combine analytical discipline from my finance background with creative and imaginative thinking to turn complex ideas into functional realities.
